Starting with an assessment of your current fitness level, your personal trainer will discuss your goals and any lifestyle changes needed to ensure results (new meal menus, for example). Then, working together, you'll develop a routine that focuses on the target areas you want to improve.

Personal training at our Albany gym offers the most options to customize your plan based on your lifestyle. Scheduling is easy, with sessions available 7 days a week, from early morning to late night.

We keep your budget in mind, too. You can choose from either 30- or 60-minute sessions, between 1 - 5 days each week.
