Your personal trainer will assess where you are and discuss where you'd like to be, mentioning any lifestyle changes that will help (wiser nutritional choices, for example). From there, you'll work together to develop a program that matches your goals, schedule, and budget.
Scheduling your personal training sessions is easy, as they are available daily from early morning to late at night. We'll stick to your budget, too, because you can choose from either 30- or 60-minute sessions, between 1-5 days each week.
