One of the services our gym offers is personal training, customized fitness that focuses on your goals. A personal trainer provides one-on-one guidance and accountability to help ensure results.
If you want to get moving and get fit -- or if you ready to crush that plateau you can't seem to break through -- personal training is the answer. We'll help you lose weight, sculpt muscle, improve cardio fitness, or recover from an injury. We've got you!

What we Do
PERSONAL TRAINERS MAKE It POSSIBLE!
You and your personal trainer will start with an assessment of your fitness level and then identify goals. You'll learn about lifestyle changes that will complement your hard work (such as wise food and snack choices), and develop a routine that targets what you've identified.
Our Chelmsford fitness center makes it as convenient as possible, with personal training options that fit your lifestyle, schedule, and budget.
Personal training sessions are available 7 days a week, from early morning to late nights, and we'll stick to your budget too! You can choose from either 30- or 60- minute sessions, between 1 - 5 days each week. Whatever works best for you!

What can you expect when you begin personal training?
A 1-hour consult with a personal trainer, including a fitness analysis.
A floor assessment to help us determine your functional fitness.
Then you're ready to get started, and your personal trainer will work with you to build a plan that leads to results!
