What we Do
The Best FITNESS POSSIBLE
Your current fitness level is just a starting point. Your personal trainer will assess where you are and then help you build a plan around your skill, goals, and exercise preferences. You'll also learn about lifestyle changes (such as nutritional changes) that will complement your hard work at the gym.
Our Danvers fitness center provides plenty of options, and you can customize your plan based on your lifestyle and budget. Scheduling is convenient, with sessions available daily from early morning to late evenings.
We respect your budget too! Choose from either 30- or 60-minute sessions, between 1-5 days each week. We'll help you find the plan that works best for you.

At your first personal training session, you can expect:
A 1-hour consult with a personal trainer, including a fitness analysis.
A floor assessment to determine your functional fitness.
Then get ready to work! Your personal trainer will teach, encourage, and motivate you to succeed!
