We'll start with an assessment of your current fitness level, and discuss the goals you'd like to achieve. Your personal trainer will also suggest lifestyle changes (such as healthier snack choices) that will compliment your exercise.
From there, you'll work with your personal trainer to develop a workout routine that you'll enjoy and commit to.
Our Albany health club offers the most options to customize your plan, taking into account your lifestyle, schedule, and budget.
Sessions are available daily, from early morning to late at night, so scheduling is quick and easy. And with different session options to choose from, we'll stick to your budget too. You can select either 30- or 60- minutes sessions, between 1 - 5 days each week.
