I’m Healthier and Happier!

I have been training with Ryan for quite some time now and I can’t thank him enough for the way I feel. He has helped me prepare for my position as a pro ski instructor each winter and as an avid golfer each summer. I have seen improvement in both of these areas due to the personalized training he has provided. He has guided me to become a healthier and therefore a happier person. I recommend him very highly to anyone considering personal training or even joining him in a Bfitt60 Group Training class!
