Staying Motivated

My gym was closing and I needed a new place to work out. Best Fitness was recommended to me and I love it! I started training back in 2013 and I continue to train to this day. Kory is my trainer and he helps me mentally and physically to stay focused when I am in the gym.

I feel that having a trainer in the gym helps me to stay motivated. Kory continues to change up my exercises for me so I don’t get bored with my workouts. Having Kory as my trainer helps keep me accountable in the gym and makes me come when I don’t want to! If you are thinking about personal training come see Kory you will not be disappointed!
