Ryan’s Bfitt60 class is the by far the best group training I’ve been a part of! No matter the number of people in the class he’s able to pay close attention to everyone’s form correcting you along the way. He makes the class fun and enjoyable even though you feel like you’re dying! He makes you feel comfortable even if you feel like the least athletic person there and will not let you give up!
