BFITT60 — GREAT for Any Fitness Level!

I have been training with Tom Sokol for the past year. I must say that I am challenged each and every time, and look forward to our weekly training sessions. Tom works in a way that is motivating while keeping my personal goals in mind, as well as working around my injury and still making my workouts productive.

I am also enrolled in the BFITT60 group training class. These 60-minute workouts are challenging, and GREAT for any fitness level. The group camaraderie is invigorating!! (shout out to BFITT trainers, Tom, Brett and Paul).
