I broke my arm in April of 2013, three weeks before I retired. After surgery to reconnect the humorous and all the nerves in the “ball,” I found myself in PT for three months. But it wasn’t enough.
Since I already had a membership at Best Fitness, I signed up to work with a trainer for extended rehab ½ an hour, twice a week for about a year. When I expressed an interest in muscle strengthening and gaining some weight, yes, gaining, I was reassigned to Marina Pacilio and have been working with her for three years. There are days when I’m not too enthusiastic about going to the gym, but I remember how good I look and feel overall, and before you know it, I’m on my way.
I would definitely recommend Best Fitness to anyone who wants to improve their physical and mental health.
