Staying Healthy and Getting in Shape
Brendon has been my trainer since February and I have seen a lot of growth in my muscle size since then. Brendon and I have developed a good trainee/trainer relationship through his good since of humor. This has made going to my training appointments more enjoyable. Thanks to Brendon’s training I have been motivated to go to the gym more often and has helped me to keep to a healthier diet which has helped contribute to my growth.
Brendon has taught me how to properly lift and how to do a proper workout. Brendon has also taught me many different exercises. These exercised are what helped me gain the muscle strength I was looking for. The workouts with Brendon have helped me reach my goal of staying healthy and getting in shape!
