50 Pounds Lighter!
I trained with Ryan Taylor for about a year. During that year not only did I lose weight I learned the proper way to lose it. Going into the beginning of my training, I knew next to nothing about weight lifting. Now I know how to work out different sections of my body. While I had to unfortunately end training because I moved away, Ryan never fails to answer any question I may have. Here I am 50 pounds lighter, and I couldn’t have done it without Ryan.
