What we Do

Find Your Fitness

To begin, your personal trainer will assess your current fitness level and discuss your goals. Do you need to make some changes to your daily activities? Your trainer will guide you in revising your routine (such as wiser menu choices) that will promote your success. From there, you'll work together to develop a program that focuses on the areas you'd like to improve.

We offer the most options for you to choose from in customizing your sessions, and we take into account your schedule and budget.

Sessions are available daily each week, from early morning to late night. And we stick to your budget, with options that include either 30- or 60-minute sessions, between 1-5 days each week.

How We Do It


Our gym in Lowell uses advanced technology to help us evaluate your current fitness and guide us in the best way to help you achieve your best.

When you begin personal training at Best Fitness, you can expect:
