I Recommend Best Fitness!
My training at Best Fitness has been a great experience. My trainer Brendan is extremely knowledgeable about every muscle in the body. He always encourages me to do my best and to try new machines and exercises. My workout is never dull and we seldom do anything twice even on the same machine. He is creative and I can tell that he keeps up with the latest training techniques, Brendan is respectful and easy to talk to which makes the experience enjoyable. I’ve also gone to many classes at the gym including spinning, yoga, Les Mills Pump and Bfitt. All are run well with knowledgeable instructors. I would recommend Best Fitness to others as well as my trainer Brendan!
