In March of 2016 I decided it was time to get serious about getting fit and healthy. I joined Best Fitness in Albany and started with large group fitness classes. Then I spotted a Bfitt60 class and immediately knew that was what I wanted. I was hooked immediately! The small group setting and the awesome trainers made Best Fitness Albany my gym home. The workouts are constantly changing and always leave me feeling accomplished. Tom, Kim, Brett and Paul are fun and make everyone feel welcome and challenged. In January, I decided that as I near a big milestone birthday I needed to step up my game once more. I started working with Paul Funaro one on one personal training. Paul guided me to proper nutrition. Finally, the scale was moving in the right direction. I’ve suffered an injury due to my over zealous training and Paul has worked hard to help me rehabilitate, stretch and strengthen. He pushes me even when I don’t want the push. I know with Paul’s guidance and my continued training with the Bfitt60 team, I’m going to love the next decade!
