Coming from a gym that prides itself on its rows of deserted cardio equipment and its purple, black and yellow shirted “trainers”, Best Fitness-Nashua, was the wake up call this girl needed. In four short months, I have lost 27 inches, 20+ pounds, and have gone from a size 22W to a size 12. I no longer just depend on the treadmill and the elliptical and bike for workouts, and the place is always busy with one class or another, so I won’t get bored. Instead, I look to my personal “zen master” Ben for twice weekly one on one strength training sessions and Easton, Jeremy and Benjamin for my twice a week evening fitness classes (BFitt). I feel empowered and embraced by this gym, and I am ready to take on any challenge that comes my way. Thank you, Brian for giving me a hand up and a smile…thank you Easton and Jeremy for inspiring me to work harder and smarter…and thank you, Ben for your kind words, encouragement, and friendship.
