One of my friends told me about Best Fitness and how great it was there. Right at the start I knew I wanted some change in my life, so I asked for a personal trainer during my initial paperwork. I’ve had trainers before but I have never had anyone work with me in a way that was so motivating. I was placed with a trainer at Albany’s Central Ave. location, named Dillon Hasset. I had no idea that he would have such a positive impact on my life. From day one he was there to help. He pushes me beyond my limits and is always keeping my fitness goals in mind. He is by far one of the best trainers I have ever had. Although my journey is just beginning, within the few months I’ve been working with him I’ve lost 10lbs, and about 2% body fat. I love my experience at Best and would recommend anyone to these gyms, the staff and trainers are always there to help!
