My trainer Ryan Taylor has given me a new approach to working out. I’ve been in more of a power lifter’s mentality for the better part of a decade. Since training with Ryan I’ve lost about 30pounds by switching to higher rep lower weight routine, without losing strength. Definitely would recommend training with Ryan.
