Marina Pacilio makes training sessions fun and challenging. She considers each person’s ability and encourages the right amount of effort toward the goal of becoming stronger. At first I was afraid that I might be injured lifting weights, but at 62, I was thinking about having stronger muscles and stronger bones. Marina quickly alleviated my fears. Working with Marina was the best decision l made. Now I know there is a feeling of well being that comes and stays with one all day after working on strength training. You get to a point where you can feel the muscles in your body working together more gracefully. My body shape and composition has improved and I am becoming stronger and more functional every day.
