I’ve been going to the gym for years. I’ve always worked out alone or with a friend but have never really gotten the results I wanted. That was until Billy. I didn’t think personal training was for me, but that first session had me hooked. My whole body hurt (but in that satisfying way where you know you’re building strength)!
