In reflecting back on the past year and my accomplishments, I wanted to share how instrumental Brett Winne has been to my achieving my fitness goals. I went to Ben Ragucci at the Central Ave. Albany Best Fitness about a year ago and told him I wanted to finish the 46 NY high peaks mountain climbing challenge and outlined some other health goals. He quickly told me Brett was my guy, and he was right! I finished climbing the 46 highest peaks in NY on November 11th, 2016, doing 27 of them just this last year- of the three years it took me! I know it took hard work and dedication on my part, but if I’d had a different trainer there’s a real chance I wouldn’t have made my goal. Brett’s expertise and natural ability to motivate and encourage clearly puts him at the top of the personal training game. I’m taking over my fitness routine at the end of the month because I feel that Brett gave me the foundation I need to take things to another level on my own. I’m very grateful for Ben connecting me with Brett, for my experience with the Best Fitness personal training department in Albany, and most especially, for my time working with Brett Winne. Please extend my compliments to the Northeast Regional Manager as I feel they should know what a talented employee they have on board in Albany!
