Perform this 3-exercise pyramid challenge starting with 10 reps of each exercise back-to-back for the first set, then 8 reps, then 6, 4, 2 and then begin back at 2 reps adding 2 all the way back to 10!

  • Kayak/Russian Twist

At-Home AMRAP Workout!

To perform this full-body AMRAP circuit, set a timer for 12 minutes and perform each exercise back to back with as little rest between exercises and rounds as possible! The goal is to see how many rounds you can complete in 12 minutes! Check out the video for exercise tips, tricks and substitutions with what items you have at home.

Exercises:

  • Band Loaded Split Squat (8-15 reps per side)
  • Banded Good Mornings (8-15 reps)
  • Banded Dead Bugs (8-15 reps per side)
  • Superman with Face Pull (8-15 reps)

Finish off with 1 full minute of body weight squats or jumping jacks.

Grab some light-weight objects and perform each of the exercises to burn your shoulders out!

  1. Perform 7 reps of each of these exercises continuously until you fail (after completing the third exercise start right back at the first with no rest between rounds):
    1. Lateral Raise with Front Fly
    2. Front Raise with Lateral Fly
    3. “Sunrise/Sunset”
  2. “Crazy Drivers” (30 seconds) and burnout with front raises until failure for 8 rounds

At-Home Pyramid workout!

Perform each exercise in a row for a circuit-style workout. Perform each exercise for 12 repetitions the first round then drop each exercise by 2 repetitions each round until you’re only performing 2 of each exercise. For added difficulty go back up the pyramid or begin at a higher number of reps. 

Exercises:

  • Pause Squat (Slow on the way down, wait 3 seconds, then squeeze on the way up)
  • Renegade Row (12 reps each side)
  • Ab Circles (12 clockwise and 12 counter clockwise)
  • Burpees with Push-Up

At-home TABATA SUPERSET WORKOUT!

Perform 4 supersets of each these exercise pairs for 20 seconds “ON” and 10 seconds “OFF” (rest). For examples, you’ll perform 20 seconds of exercise 1 then take a 10 second rest. Perform 20 seconds of exercise 2 then take a 10 seconds rest and repeat for 4 rounds. You will repeat this format for each exercise pair.

Full Body Band Complex!

Get your bands and broomsticks ready for this full body workout from our Bfitt60 Studio Director, Dominique! Check out some tips she has for making accommodations with what you have to work with at home!

Perform each eaxercise for 30 seconds with 20 seconds rest between exercises. For an added challenge, complete 8-12 reps of each exercise without rest. Repeat each round 3-5 times!

Workout of the day!

Descending Ladder Full Body Workout!

For this ladder workout, you’ll begin by performing 15 repetitions of each exercise (15 per side for exercises requiring single-arm or single-leg movements). After you perform 15 reps of each exercise you’ll go right into the next set of 12 repetitions per exercise, then to 8 repetitions of each, ending with 6 repetitions of each exercise. As you decrease the repetitions, you will increase the amount of time your muscles are under tension (go slower!). Check out some of Dominique’s tips for increasing or decreasing the difficulty of the exercises!

Exercises:

  1. Single-Leg Deadlift with Row
  2. Sit-Up with Toe Touch
  3. Deadlift to Sprawl
  4. Sliding Fly Press
  5. Mountain Climbers or Jumping Jacks

To perform the ascending/descending ladder workout, you’ll be super-setting pushups and squats. You’ll begin by performing 1 pushup and 10 squats. Your second round will be 2 pushups and 9 squats. You’ll continue until you reach 10 pushups and 1 squat.

Towel/Paper Plate Workout!

Grab a towel for your hard floors or a paper plate for your carpet and get ready to sweat!

Perform this circuit with 10-15 reps per exercise and no rest between exercises. Rest 1 minute between rounds.

  • Complete 4-5 rounds
  • Lunge x 10 per leg
  • Hamstring Curls x10-15
  • Archer Pushup x5-6 per side
  • Pike or Crunch x10-15
  • Prone Cobra Overhead Press x10-15

Grab a pair of dumbbells or get creative with milk jugs, a backpack- anything! 

Perform 12 reps per exercise for 4-5 rounds.  Rest 30-45 seconds after each set!

  • Lunge w/ Bicep Curl x12
  • Pushup to Row x12
  • DB Thruster x12
  • Glute Bridge w/ Tricep Extension x12
  • Side Raise to Reverse Fly x12

Bodyweight HIIT

Get your heart rate up and activate your legs and core with this hiit circuit!

Perform each exercise for 40 seconds followed by a 20 second rest for 4-5 rounds!

  1. Seesaw Lunge
  2. Rock Back Push Up
  3. Break Dancer
  4. Lateral Jump
  5. Super Plank

Daily challenge workout

Heads or Tails?

Flip a coin and perform the workouts for as many rounds as possible with a 60 second rest between rounds!

  1. Reverse Lunge (20 each side)
  2. Jumping Jacks (15)
  3. Plank (30 Seconds)

  3. Butterfly Kicks (30 seconds)
