Strength sessions combine compound strength exercises like squatting, pushing and pulling with various equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells and trx ®. We add isolated strength exercises to support muscle building and toning while incorporating mobility movements to improve overall function. Each phase of our strength program incorporates different sets and repetition schemes to build lean muscle and keep you from plateauing. Every strength session ends with a conditioning block to keep you burning calories well after you’ve left the studio.
