At Best Fitness in Drum Hill, we’re happy to offer our BFITT:60 program to our members. This is an effective group training program, as it’s designed for our members who love new challenges, new exercises, and who strive for something exciting every time.
This program keeps you challenged because no class is alike. We run the class every day of the week, but the exercises you do change to keep your body active and guessing. That way, you won’t be doing the same exercises every week. Since your body has incredible muscle memory, you’ll challenge your body in a way that prevents you from dealing with those annoying plateaus.
The BFITT:60 instructors put together a high-intensity program that runs for 60 minutes It can accommodate you if you are a beginner, but it won’t be too easy if you are an experienced member who has tried plenty of group exercises before. If you want more of a challenge, simply ask our instructor for tips and advice to make it harder.
