Open to all levels and abilities, this 60 minute class mixes the elements of pilates, dance, yoga, and functional training that will leave you feeling incredibly strong! In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as small balls to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. This class will improve your flexibility and posture and of course tone your legs and tummy! Don’t forget to bring your mat!
