Training with Brendon has been a huge help to me, as I try to work towards my goals to improve upon my body and heath. He has helped motivate me to work as hard as I can to reach my goals. Whenever I start to doubt myself during a workout he gives me the “kick in the butt” I need in order to push myself even harder. He has shown me that I am stronger then I think I am, and that my own self-doubt is the only thing that holds be back. Brendon is an amazing trainer, in the 9 months that I have been training with him my body and life have improved tremendously. He makes it enjoyable to go to the gym, even if my body is in pain for three days after the workout, and he has helped me to find a diet that I actually enjoy. Most importantly Brendon has helped me believe in myself and in my abilities to achieve my goals, even if I can’t breathe.
