I have been training with Ryan for just over two years. He has made a difference in the way I perceive workouts and body management. He is creative and challenging in the workouts that he provides for me and my goals. He is always focused on my goals! Ryan has also provided me with the information and skills to maintain my goals. When I need to focus on a specific body part outside of our sessions, he provides me with routines/exercise circuits to promote the best use of my time. He is quite personable and a pleasure to have as a trainer. He makes my workout sessions into a challenge rather than a chore. His personality is welcoming, yet professionally geared to my personal success. I thank Ryan for giving me the inspiration and skill set to develop and maintain my physique.
