I has always wanted a personal trainer but hiring one was so expensive. One day I walked into the gym and saw one free month of personal training and thought to myself, why not!? I wanted to increase my muscle mass and endurance because I was training for an ultra marathon. I was paired up with Ryan, and he did just that!

He personalized my work out based on my specific goals, and never were two workouts the same! He kept me on my toes and my endurance and strength kept building as a result. My workouts were well-rounded and well thought out. He pushed me when I needed it (and some days I did) and other days I exceeded the reps he sat for me… No pain no gain!

Overall it was a fun, rewarding and eye-opening experience. I will never settle for less, because now I know what my body is capable of!
