I’ve been training with Ryan for just over three months. When I started out, I was in the worst shape of my life, and now I’m down 40 lbs in just a short time! He has also helped me reach some big goals with my fitness! He works me way harder than I would ever have the motivation to do myself. After each session my confidence sky rockets!
