I have been coming to Best Fitness for about 5 years. My best personal training experience was with Stacy, we worked hard and consistent with the workouts. I remember my mindset was totally focus on the progress. Now I train with Paul, he is great and cares about my progress. He works you and cares about you doing the right things. My mindset is back on focus and I feel better than ever. I come to the gym three times a week and practice what I have learned and will continue to make progress as I feel great!
