I’ve been going to the gym for years. I’ve always worked out alone or with a friend but have never really gotten the results I wanted. That was until Billy. I didn’t think personal training was for me, but that first session had me hooked. My whole body hurt (but in that satisfying way where you know you’re building strength)! I’m far from my fitness goal, but I am seeing progress and am confident that someday my outside appearance can reflect the determined person I am inside.
