Marina has been my personal trainer for the past three and a half years. She is phenomenal at what she does, to say the very least! When I first met Marina, I had very little knowledge in regards to strength training. She worked with me to set attainable goals for myself, correcting my form and tweaking my workouts along the way. Since I have been training with Marina, I have noticed significant improvements in my core strength, balance, and overall well being. Marina is more than just a trainer: she is a patient teacher, informed fitness professional and most important of all, a motivator!
