My name is Kerry, and I have Prader-Willi Syndrome, a condition that affects my muscle tone, balance, and my heart. I signed up for training with Brendan so I could get stronger and more balanced. I had trained with Kory years ago, but was with Brendan this time around. Both of these trainers have helped me be more confident with my strength and balance. I look forward to training each week, and never miss my session. Even with PWS, at Best Fitness I feel like my goals are just as important as everyone else’s. Thank you
