Brendan was a phenomenal trainer. He encouraged me to keep working when I was ready to quick! He helped me find and use muscles I didn’t know I had! He helped me stay on a healthy diet which took me from 170 down to 154 when I left but because of his teaching and guidance I have stuck with it and have dropped to 144.2!! Brendan is the BEST and I miss working with him very much!!
