I have been working with Ryan now for 3 years now and I look forward to the workouts he plans. He’s absolutely amazing and because of him I’ve surpassed my fitness goals. Before working with him I was afraid to try certain workouts, but having him right there instructing me on how to do things correctly is really helpful. I think having an appointment to keep every week helps hold me keep me on track too. I am so much stronger now than I ever imagined imagined I would be!
