I have been training with Tom Sokol for the past year. I must say that I am challenged each and every time, and look forward to our weekly training sessions. Tom works in a way that is motivating while keeping my personal goals in mind, as well as working around my injury still making my workouts productive. I am also enrolled in the BFITT60 group training class. These 60 minute workouts are challenging, and GREAT for any fitness level. The group camaraderie is invigorating!! (shout out to BFITT trainers, Tom, Brett and Paul).
