I started training with Brendan in 2015. Before working with Brendan, I hated the idea of going to the gym and working out and struggled to find workouts I could consistently stick with. Brendan has been awesome in working with my previous injuries and can adapt any exercise so I can be successful with it. He makes our workouts fun but still pushes me and makes sure the workouts challenge me. This is by far the longest I have ever stuck with a workout routine, and I’m so thankful to Brendan for being the game changer that I needed!
