I have been training with Ryan for almost 6 months now and it’s just been a fantastic experience thus far! I had wanted to join gym for a while but was very intimidated and insecure, I felt like everyone was going to stare at me when I walked in. I finally made the jump, got a membership at Best Fitness and was scheduled for a fitness assessment with Ryan. He took me through the assessment and talked with me about my goals and what I wanted from all this. Since then he has been even more amazing, he’s taught me how to do everything (I knew nothing more then how to use a treadmill when starting my journey) he has worked with me to achieve my goals of losing weight and gaining muscle! In just six months it’s made a huge difference, I’ve lost 34 pounds and gave gained a ton of strength! He’s encouraging, kind, very patient and understanding! I now do Bfitt60, which I thought I would never live through initially lol and train with him weekly! He works around whatever injuries I may end up with and is always positive! Couldn’t have gotten luckier when being assigned a personal trainer!
