I have been a member at Best Fitness since my freshman year of college and always attended spin/group x classes. I signed up for personal training five months ago in hopes that I would feel more comfortable working out on the main floor. Marina instantly made me feel assured and confident. She always has an aggressive routine for me that is new every week. Marina also pays close attention to my form so that my workout is the most effective. She is always challenging me to go above and beyond my comfort level, and because of this, I am seeing results!
