Burn sessions combine lighter weight, higher repetition strength movements with cardiovascular exercises that ignite your metabolism and increase your aerobic capacity. Members can expect to use battle ropes, rowers, air bikes and sleds in this 60-minute high-intensity interval workout. These conditioning sessions are the perfect counterbalance to our strength program.
