Open to all levels of practice and abilities, this 60 minute class focuses on a vinyasa style flow linking conscious breath with a challenging and mindful flow. Students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Relaxation techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well-being.
